Cloud 9

this past weekend I went to mt. zao and went to see this famous place called okama-ko. it is said that depending on the weather and time of day the lake turns 7 different colors. anyway here is what it is suppose to look like:



unfortunately, it was so (INCREDIBLY) cloudy that this was about the best it got (which lasted for all of about 15 seconds):



nevertheless, i still enjoyed my trip up the mountain and will want to go back there (hopefully with a friend who has a car instead of going by bus so i can stop along the way at places that looked nice). for more photos, check out my gallery
