Shabu Shabu!

Shabu Shabu is one of my favorite Japanese foods! It is called "shabu shabu," bc that is the sound it makes when you cook and swoosh the meat around in the pot! It is a little exspensive and a little hard to find but it is really ouishi (delicious)! Think of it as the Japanese Version of "Melting Pot." You get raw meet and vegetables and cook them in boiling water, salt, sake and you use two dipping sauces, ponzu (which I prefer) and sesame.
